WRITE AROUND ASTORIA

In September of 2025 the Indescribable Scribes, a prose and poetry writing group affiliated with the Astoria (Oregon) Writers Guild, sponsored a day long writing workshop.  After meeting in the morning the participants went off on their own to various places in Astoria, Oregon.  These places acted as "prompts" for the mind, memory and imagination that resulted in writing, which they shared with each other at the end of the day.  The following are some of the pieces.
